Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

At Elgadomus, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our standard returns policy, your item should be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with any original tags and packaging where applicable. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions explaining how and where the item should be returned. Return addresses may vary depending on the product, so please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you decide that you no longer want an item, you may request a return within our 30-day return period.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we tell you otherwise.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights. Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you will not be required to bear return costs where the law requires us to cover them.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information about the problem to help us resolve the issue.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including personalised or made-to-order products, perishable goods and certain sealed goods where the seal has been broken and the product cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item can be returned.

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

UK Cancellation Rights

UK consumers purchasing most products online normally have a legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

If you exercise your statutory right to cancel because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Certain products are excluded from the statutory right to cancel.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us. Where appropriate, the simplest option may be to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, or appropriate evidence that it has been returned where applicable, we will process the return and notify you about your refund.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Where required by UK consumer law following cancellation, we will also refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
